The goal of this series is to guide you on how you can use these foods and implement them in your cooking in a less complicated process. Because healthy doesn't have to be complicated! So let me know if there is any superfood, in particular, you want to know more about and how to use it in your cooking.

So as in my previous posts, I always start with Turmeric, and yes I can stress enough how beneficial this ''Amazing Spice" is! You'll become a fan too if you haven't already after reading some of its health benefits and trying this incredible-delicious "Turmeric, Banana, Ginger and Maca Smoothie" here.

But today I will make this post short and sweet and go straight to the recipes! Since I've already told you about the health benefits of Turmeric and Ginger in part 2

So today I will share with you some health benefits of the famous Matcha powder!

Matcha: meaning "powdered green tea leaves" is a green tea — but is not the same as "green tea".
Matcha tea is traditionally from Japan and has plenty of fiber, chlorophyll, vitamins and is also full of antioxidants known as catechins which can fight and prevent diseases. Matcha has the ability to enhance memory and concentration and can provide the body with energy, calmness, and relaxation. Pure Matcha has a rich and strong flavor and you can be dissolved either in hot water or warm milk.

And now let's get to the recipes! The recipe below (photo above) is a fantastic elixir for a night's good sleep and has the most wonderful aroma!

Then is the Homemade Matcha Latte and finally the Turmeric and Ginger Tea recipe for better digestion! Good Weekend!
