2 Ingredients Berries Jam (+ Video) | gf, rsf

We do enjoy a good spread of berries jam on toast on our breakfast. This is our favorite make-ahead breakfast treat and can be put together in minutes. You won't believe how easy this is! We make this all the time, sometimes using mixed berries other times just strawberries. And it has just become a habit for us to make our own jam. You wouldn't go back to the store-bought version either once you try this homemade '2 ingredients jam'. This recipe is definitely a must-try, it ticks all the boxes  delicious flavor, great texture, easy to make, budget-friendly and completely natural!

You don't need any special equipment to make this jam neither. Most of the time we use frozen mixed berries or strawberries but you can use fresh berries as well. For this recipe, you'll only need two ingredients and ten minutes of your time. Yes, this is that quick to make!

This berries jam goes perfectly well with plain yogurt, porridge, chia bowl, on top of vanilla ice cream, a slice of banana bread, crepes and pancakesIt's a natural sweetened berries jam free of artificial flavors, pectin, gelatin, and gluten.
