Coconut Brownies (GF) (RSF) / Weekend Baking / Hello September!

Brownies Easy Gluten Free Baking by aldentegourmet blog

Happy September!!! It's here! September is finally here!!! That means and for us here means that spring is coming our way! Cold days are finally gone, and I couldn’t be happier! I've been singing all day long! Weather is looking warmer and inviting now and is also the right time to start some gardening work. We’re not expert in gardening by any means, but we started experimenting a few years ago and since then we became more and more enthusiastic about it.

Over the last years, we’ve planted radishes, tomatoes, and some herbs. And this year we want to experiment a bit more and also try growing onions, cucumbers, and beetroots. So this weekend we have been cleaning our messy garden.  And hopefully, they will turn out all right. So I've been with my gardening boots everywhere. Really! And you can see it here

But the highlight of the weekend was these brownies I made. Something chocolatey is always a good treat, right?! I enjoy brownies; I do, but I have to say that I prefer a version without refined sugar.

So I'd try this recipe with coconut flour (my newest favorite ingredient), let me tell you that these brownies are super delicious, easy to make, rich in flavor, and free of refined sugar + gluten + milk

So have fun this weekend and get your hands into some easy gluten-free baking!
