Healthy Sweet Polenta Little Cakes with Sunflower Seeds

Have you read these quotes ?

''When you are aware you can inspire others. You help them see their better selves,
and by doing so, you lift them up.'' DeepakChopra

''Kind words do not cost much. They never blister the tongue or lips. They make other people good-natured. They also produce their own image on men's souls, and a beautiful image it is.'' Blaise Pascal

''The most common way people give up Their power is by thinking They Do not have any.''
 Alice Walker

''The best things in life are nearest: Breath in your nostrils, light in your eyes, flowers at your feet, duties at your hand, the path of right just before you. Then do not grasp at the stars, but do life's plain, common work as it comes, certain that daily duties and daily bread are the sweetest things in life.'' Robert Louis Stevenson

I wish you all a super-happy and colorful week!
