Eating right and healthy can become challenging sometimes, specially if you’re on the run all day long (which I think most of us are), believe me, sometimes I wish the day could have more hours. And that’s when smoothies come along!
I personally prefer cutting and freezing a few bags of bananas (and other fruits such us; berries, mangoes, kiwis, pineapple and green apples) and store leafy greens in separate bags in the fridge. You can use either of these methods to simplify things around the kitchen. They both work great, really!
